What a fantastic apartment!! A group of us came over 'the big pond' for a European holiday & found the Denia Penthouse on one of the websites. It looked great so we booked it for 3 weeks. The weather was exceptional but it was the apartment & the jacuzzi which really made the holiday. It was even better than described and better than we had expected!

We stayed at the Denia Penthouse - and now we are married!!! I guess that says just how great the place was and how much we enjoyed it!! We had a great time,everything was perfect - exactly as described, and the views from the terraces and the jacuzzi are to die for! One day we'll return to remember our great times before we were married - and before we had kids!!! We even invited Richard to the Wedding!!

Absolutely wonderful - perfect! We are a family of 7 and were really impressed with Richard's Denia Penthouse apartment. It is really spacious, very well furnished & the dishwasher & washing machine were lifesavers with the family! The swimming pools are huge and the Costa Blanca beach was right opposite. We loved it!! We spent 10 days mid-June in this Denia Penthouse & thought it was fantastic; spotlessly clean, wonderful views, great, clean jacuzzi & exceptional terraces - largest we have ever seen! The 3 bedrooms were genuine doubles....all had air-conditioning. The owner was helpful & polite. Hard to beat!!

Just returned from our 3rd stay at the Denia Penthouse - it met all our needs including the frosted beer mugs and outdoor candles! Outstanding location & minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. The terraces are huge & private and the pools are the largest we have ever seen. Great Holiday!

Absolutely wonderful apartment and fantastic location. We stayed here and had an incredible time. Everything was included and everything was working. The owner met us on our arrival and showed us around. The apartment is really great and the jacuzzi was fantastic. We will come here again.

This apartment is really great to stay for a holiday - it's perfect! Whether you have a family with children or not, it is really perfect for everybody to stay! I had a great time to spend my holiday over there. The Penthouse is very clean and I had every luxury that you need in an apartment. Lots of spce and 3 nice bedrooms with real beds!! And I loved the roof terrace and jacuzzi - I called it 'my terrace'!!! I will definitely return and spend another holiday there!!
